Shipping / Delivery PolicyFor Domestic Orders

  • Please be advised that this website is a marketplace where many brands feature their products. Hence products ordered on [https://shop.southindiajewels.com/] will be shipped to customers by the respective brands and not by South India Jewels.
  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
  • Most orders will be shipped by the respective brand within 2 days of the placing order. While this is not guaranteed, in rare cases an order might be shipped beyond 2 days from the placing order. In case of any unseen delay, we will always notify you in advance.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the products are shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and contact the courier company for any delays.
  • While placing the order, please kindly provide correct shipping address and contact number. South India Jewels will not be able to retrieve the lost package due to incorrect address and contact number in the order.
  • If the packaging is tampered, the recipient is advised not to accept the courier. If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the product will be returned to the vendor. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-delivery to the recipient will be chargeable to the member who ordered the product.
  • An estimated delivery time will be 7 to 10 working days (since the product is shipped) depending upon the shipping address. However, we are not responsible for the delivery delay caused by courier company or weather conditions that are not in our control.
  • After you receive tracking details, If you notice any delay in delivery even after 15 working days, kindly send an email to info@southindiajewels.com with your order number. Undelivered products that are not reported with in 15 working days since the date of product shipment will not be considered for refund later.

  • Shipping Charges: You can find the shipping charges by selecting your country on the order page. Shipping cost may vary depending on the shipping address. The order will come to Chennai for the Quality Verification first and then will be shipped to your Address. Hence no urgent orders are taken for International shipping.
  • Estimated Shipping Time :Shipping Time: 10 to 15 Business days. The order will come to Chennai for the Quality Verification first and then will be shipped to your Address. Hence it will take few more days for the order to be delivered to your country
  • VAT & Custom Duties :VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties according to the rules and regulations of different countries. It may or may not be charged in the destination country. We have no control over these charges. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country
  • The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis and need to be paid directly by the buyer.
