Returns & Exchanges

Exchange/Refund for Domestic Shipping

  • If you receive a damaged product, we will provide you the replacement. If the same product is not available, we will offer you complete refund. However, we do not offer exchange/refund for non-defective products or for other reasons.
  • Report us the problem within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery with the images of damaged or wrong product delivered, to the email id info@southindiajewels.com.
  • Upon authorization of returns from the respective brands, we will offer you an replacement or refund depending upon the product availability.
  • Please send the returns via reputed courier services and email (info@southindiajewels.com) us the courier receipt within 2 business days after the product is reported to be defective. If the product is not shipped back within 2 business days, refund/exchange will not be accepted.
  • When you return the package, please kindly make sure that the product is packed properly in the same package (along with paper/bubble wraps, tags, slips..etc) as you received it. Product package should not be tampered . This will avoid damage to the return product.
  • For refunds : Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, refund will be processed through the same mode of payment within 2-8 working days.
  • Refund for lost/undelivered package: After you receive tracking details, If you notice any delay in delivery even after 15 working days, kindly send an email to info@southindiajewels.com with your order number. Undelivered products that are not reported within 15 working days since the date of product shipment will not be considered for refund later.

 

Exchange / Refund for International Shipping:

  • If you receive a damaged product,we will refund the product cost. However, we do not offer refund for non-defective products or for other reasons.
  • Report us the problem within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery with the images of damaged or wrong product delivered to the email id info@southindiajewels.com. Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you a refund.
  • All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage, the customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense. Refund will be processed after the product is returned to our office.
  • When you return the package, please kindly make sure that the product is packed properly in the same package (along with paper/bubble wraps, tags, slips..etc) as you received it. Product package should not be tampered . This will avoid damage to the return product.
  • Sometimes, your package might be open and product seal broken for customs checking depending upon the rules and regulations of the country, this will not be considered as damaged product. If you receive tampered package, please kindly mention the same on the delivery acknowledgement copy and reach out the courier service. If you need further assistance, you can also get in touch with our Customer Care team at the earliest.
  • Exchange of product is not allowed for International Shipping.

 

We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons

  • There might be slight variations in the colour tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the monitor settings of each device.
  • Semi preciousjewellery [Pure silver, Gold plated silver] are made by hand and may have slight irregularities in designs that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered as defect for exchange/refund.
  • If the jewellery’s quality, physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.
  • If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.
  • If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.
  • If the product is shopped on sale price.
  • Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.
